Valeria interviews Matt Scarfo — A Writer, Speaker, And Owner and Private Fitness Consultant at Full-Time Fitness

Matt says that if he had to choose a single thing to share with the world, it would be: empathy.

This word is so appropriate for so many reasons — he states. For the greater part of his first twenty years on this Earth, Matt sought after a way to explain the feelings he had when he was around other people and observing a particular experience they were having. Deep, visceral feelings. For as long as he can remember, Matt had this ability to share in certain experiences with people while they were having them.

It could have been emotional, spiritual, or physical – he feels what they feels as though it was partially his experience.

As Matt has matured – it’s matured.

Since he know that his greatest ability allows him to help so many people in so many ways, he feels as though the dedication of all of his efforts to contributing all that he can has been long overdue.

The commitment that he is making to all those that would benefit from his offerings is a commitment to each of their benefactors, as well. Matt moves through this life with a curious demeanor and inquisitive nature. He has always wanted to take things apart and put them back together - both to a certain benefit and at a certain cost. His aptitude has always been fitness and athletics and will be for his remaining tenure on this Earth.

Over the last twenty years, his curiosity has fueled his passion of understanding human performance and function. And, in his own pursuits of personal growth he is committed to exploring the things that he finds fascinating and compelling.

Matt is looking forward to making sense of the things he learn along the way.
